- Valid Mon - Fri: 11.30am - 9pm, Sat: 11.30am - 6pm. Not valid on Sunday and public holidays.
- Limit 1 voucher per person. May buy multiple as gifts.
- Valid for Singaporean / PR / EP/ DP/ SP / WP.
- Valid for first-time and existing customers who have not visited for past 12 months, aged 21 and above only.
- Not valid for package holder.
- Not valid with other promotions and discounts.
- Voucher is not transferable and all parts of the spa session must be utilised by the same person only.
- Customers are advised to arrive 15 minutes early to avoid delays and shortening of treatment time.
- Valid NRIC / pass must be presented upon redemption for verification.

- Rescheduling / cancellation must be made at least 48 hours prior to original booking.

1. Purchase Your Voucher
Receive a confirmation email from us upon payment. Do not share the voucher code (in the confirmation email) with merchant before appointment.
2. Make An Appointment
Call or email the beauty service at the intended outlet to book your preferred time slot.
3. Present Confirmation Email
No printing is required. Upon arrival for appointment, kindly present the confirmation email to merchant for scanning of QR Code or quote the voucher code.
4. Redemption Is Completed
